To perform high level data erasure we use systems, Blancco, BlackBelt and WibeGlobal for data erasure.

We are committed to complying with all legal requirements, as well as respecting and adhering to additional specific conditions that may be outlined in customer agreements and contracts.

We ensure that:

• Data and information are handled in a confidential manner.
• If a hard drive fails to do data erasure, it will be degaussed and afterwards shredded.
• Data and information are handled and sanitized only by authorized personnel.
• Authorized personnel have completed training and signed non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), with ongoing training provided.
• We maintain effective access control measures to prevent unauthorized individuals from accessing data and systems that could be used to the detriment of Tier1Asset, our customers, employees, and partners.
• Attempts to violate or disregard our security measures are diligently detected, and any such activity is traced back to the individuals involved. Violations may result in legal and/or employment consequences.
• Our level of information security is continually improved and adapted to changing environments and threats.

Every employee and contractor at T1A must adhere to this policy and promptly report any information security concerns to T1A management and the Data Protection Representative (DPR/DPO). Violation of this policy may have legal and employment consequences.
